Our professional photography studio is inside a van, meaning we are completely mobile and can come to wherever is convenient for you. We’ll drive from our Bristol office to your location, park up and invite you (or your team) into our cozy studio to get your headshots done. At the end of your session, we’ll review your photos to make sure you’re happy and help you to choose one to be retouched. Your photo will then be sent over to you via email by the next working day.
On average, it takes around 10 minutes for headshot, or ‘look’, which is a particular outfit/background combination.However, everyone is different and exact timings can vary between 5-15 minutes. If you’d like to get a couple of different headshots (e.g. different outfits of backgrounds), then we can book you a double or triple slot. We recommend one headshot for most company employees, two for senior managers and three for actors.
Good question! We’ve tried to make is as comfortable for our customers as possible – we’ve got a mirror and makeup light for those last minute checks, a small bench for any guests, a big screen for reviewing your photos, an area to hang/store clothes and a curtain to keep out the draft/sun.
One headshot means one photo with one outfit against one background colour
If you would like two photos with different ‘looks’, e.g. different outfits or background colours, this will count as two headshots
If you would like an extra photo from the same ‘look’, these can be purchased for £10.

Yes! If you need to change outfit we’ll step outside, close the curtain at the rear of the van and give you the place to yourself for a few minutes.
Our van is a bit longer and higher than a family car, so we’ll need a little bit of room to park it at your location. We’ll get in touch with you before your session to arrange this, but it isn’t usually a problem (central London is sometimes tricky!) If you’ve got a car park at work, street parking or a driveway with at least 3m height clearance we should be able to park just fine.
We’ve tried to make our pricing as transparent as possible. It’s broken down into two parts: (i) photography and (ii) travel to make sure you’re only paying for what you need. The photography cost per person decreases as you book more people. Travel is charged at £1 per mile from our Bristol office (BS16 1QY).
We recommend wearing what you feel most comfortable in. Plain colours work best as stripes and patterns can be distracting. For business shots, we recommend wearing what you’d wear to work. If you’ve booked more than one headshot, then don’t forget to bring multiple outfits.
We’ll send your photos via WeTransfer or email by the next working day. If you’ve booked for more than one person, we are happy to distribute them to each individual being photographed as well as to yourself. Please let us know if this is something you would like.
Once we’ve finished your session, you’ll be able to pay by credit/debit card in the studio (unfortunately we do not accept cash). Depending on the distance we are travelling and the number of people, we may ask for a 50% deposit in advance.
